Introducing our "Save the Homeowner Program" (SHP)*

SHP can help homeowners avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes, or gain enough time to sell their homes on their own terms. The program provides financial and mortgage counseling, and assistance in working with lenders AT NO CHARGE. At Nextage M3 Realty, whether you're an existing or past client of ours, we feel it's the right thing to do to offer a helping hand to all homeowners in a distressed situation.
